YES! Many of the patterns are written as recipes so you can customize the fit to be perfect for your body type. Patterns that do include sizing range from XS-5X.

I love to use cotton because it is strong and holds everything in place. I use cotton for all my designs except the Marigold and Wings Sweaters which are best made in acrylic for maximum comfort.
